These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Predy, available at predyfootball.comand related applications (the "Service"). The Service is operated by DGP Production ("Predy", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Predy is a football predictions, forecasting, and analysis service provided for entertainment and informational purposes. We publish match predictions and a public record of how those predictions performed.
Predy is not a gambling, betting, or wagering service. We do not accept bets or stakes, do not facilitate any wager, and do not pay out money based on the outcome of any match or prediction. Our predictions are opinions and analysis only. They are not a guarantee of any result and must not be relied upon as financial advice or as a basis for any wager with any third party.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to purchase a paid subscription. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly at support@predyfootball.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation. You may use one account per person and must not share your access with others.
Predy offers paid "Premium" access that unlocks additional predictions and content. Premium is currently sold as the World Cup Pass — a one-time purchase (not a subscription) that unlocks Premium on every match until the end of the 2026 tournament window stated on the checkout page, where the current price is also shown. The Pass does not renew and nothing further is charged.
Where a legacy recurring Premium subscription is still active on an account, it renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled from the account page; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
Payments are processed by our authorised payment providers — currently PayPal, and, where applicable, Lemon Squeezy acting as our merchant of record. Your purchase may also be subject to that provider's terms. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

The Service, including its predictions, written analysis, design, logos, and software, is owned by Predy / DGP Production or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any prediction will be accurate or achieve any particular result. Predictions are opinion and analysis for entertainment and informational purposes only and are not professional, financial, or investment advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Predy and DGP Production will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Predy and DGP Production from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm to us or to others. On termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms end.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer protection rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Payment transactions handled by a merchant of record may additionally be governed by that provider's terms.
