This Refund Policy explains how refunds (and, for legacy subscriptions, cancellations) work for Predy Premium access. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Predy is operated by DGP Production.
Premium is currently sold as the World Cup Pass — a one-time purchase that unlocks additional predictions and content on every match until the end of the 2026 tournament window shown at checkout. The current price is shown on the checkout page. The Pass is not a subscription: it does not renew, there is nothing to cancel, and no further charges are made.
If your account has a legacy recurring Premium subscription, you can cancel at any time from your account page, or by emailing us at support@predyfootball.com. Cancellation stops all future renewals. You keep full Premium access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for — we do not cut your access off early when you cancel.
Because Premium is digital content that is made available to you immediately, a charge (the one-time Pass, or a subscription period) is generally non-refundable once access has been delivered.
The exception: if, within 14 days of a charge, you were unable to access the Premium content you paid for because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will issue a full refund for that charge. We may also offer a refund at our discretion in other reasonable circumstances. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or consumer rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country.
Email support@predyfootball.com from the email address on your account, telling us the approximate date of the charge and the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider (PayPal, or Lemon Squeezy where it acts as merchant of record) and may take a few business days to appear.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a payment dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended.
