This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Predy Premium access. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Predy is operated by DGP Production.
Premium is sold as Predy Premium — a monthly subscription that unlocks additional predictions and content on every game of the weekly slate. The current price is shown on the checkout page. Before the club season, Premium was also sold as a one-time World Cup Pass; those passes ended on 20 July 2026 and are no longer sold.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page, or by emailing us at support@predyfootball.com. Cancellation stops all future renewals. You keep full Premium access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for — we do not cut your access off early when you cancel.
Because Premium is digital content that is made available to you immediately, a charge (a subscription period, or a past one-time Pass) is generally non-refundable once access has been delivered.
The exception: if, within 14 days of a charge, you were unable to access the Premium content you paid for because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will issue a full refund for that charge. We may also offer a refund at our discretion in other reasonable circumstances. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or consumer rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country.
Email support@predyfootball.com from the email address on your account, telling us the approximate date of the charge and the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment provider (PayPal, or Lemon Squeezy where it acts as merchant of record) and may take a few business days to appear.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a payment dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended.
