This Privacy Policy explains how Predy, operated by DGP Production ("Predy", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use predyfootball.comand related applications (the "Service"). We are the controller of your personal data.
When you subscribe, your payment is handled by our payment providers (PayPal, and where applicable Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record). We do not collect or store your card or bank details — those are processed directly by the provider under its own privacy policy. We receive only confirmation of your subscription status and a provider reference.
Where the law requires a legal basis (for example, under the GDPR), we rely on: performance of our contract with you (to provide the Service and your subscription); our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service); your consent (where asked); and compliance with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run Predy, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms:
Our providers may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on the providers' appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect it.
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for a reasonable period to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data except where we must retain it by law.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise these rights — or ask us any privacy question — by emailing support@predyfootball.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We may also use a small amount of analytics to understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling the session cookie will prevent you from signing in.
